| USAGE INSTRUCTIONS | Mix with Koleston Perfect Developers or Color Touch Emulsion Developers in a 1:1.5 up to 1:2 ratio, in a non-metallic bowl. For on-scalp application, use with a 20 vol (6%) developer or below. Do not use a heat source. |
