USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Always mix Color Touch® Relights with Color Touch® Emulsion 1.9%. Mix at ratio of 1 part Color Touch® to 2 parts Color Touch® Emulsion 1.9%. Mix in bowl or in the applicator bottle. Color Touch® Relights must not be mixed with products from another series (such as Color Touch® or Koleston Perfect®).
