USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 1oz of PAINTING Lightener [1] with 2oz of PAINTING 30vol. Developer [2] and apply to surface of dry hair. Process, checking every 5-10 minutes (50 mins. max). Do not use heat. Rinse, shampoo and condition.
