NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, RULE OR REGULATION AND OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES; AND IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS, AGE 18 OR OLDER, OF THE UNITED STATES.

THE SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes sponsor is Wella Corporation, located at 4500 Park Granada, Calabasas, CA 91302 (“Sponsor”).

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period (defined above), log onto www.professionalstore.com to place an order and/or submit product reviews. One entry is defined per $100 spent, or per 3 unique product reviews submitted during the given period. There is no entry limit per user. Reviews must be completely filled out per the terms of the Wellastore website and submitted in order to be counted as an entry. Entries will be closed at the end of the Sweepstakes Period (defined above) and winners will be announced by October 28, 2022.

All entries must be submitted prior to the expiration of the Submission Period, according to all applicable instructions, or the entry will be void.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RENDER A COMPETITOR LIABLE FOR DISQUALIFICATION.

TIMING
If either or both above requirements are met, it will be considered an entry into this Sweepstakes after September 1, 2022 at 12:00 AM PST and before September 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST (“Submission Period”). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Winners will be selected at random after the Sweepstakes Period closes by Sponsor parties. All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within two weeks of the conclusion of the Submission Period and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, as provided by Sponsor, within two (2) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's sole discretion. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. An entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified, all required documents returned and executed, and the entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning a prize will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received.

PRIZES
Grand Prize: Two (2) winners will receive a Tempo Move package, each valued at $545.

If a potential prize winner is unable to meet aforementioned requirements, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any winner or potential winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize prizes as described herein.

Prizes are not transferable or substitutable and must be accepted as awarded. In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall provide a substitute prize in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on the prizes.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the U.S. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence shall require parental consent to participate. Employees/Educators of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, partners, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individual or entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes, including immediate family members, are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, siblings, parents and children.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, or Pinterest. No cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any entries that are late or not received. Sponsor may in its sole discretion suspend, modify or discontinue this Sweepstakes at any time. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration, notice will be posted. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number of each type stated in the “Prizes” section above. If legitimately claimed, all stated prizes will be awarded.

Submitting an entry constitutes your consent, and, to the extent applicable, the consent of the content in your review, to give Sponsor, and Sponsor’s affiliates and designees, a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display your entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, you will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes your agreement and consent (or the consent and agreement of your parent/legal guardian if you are deemed a minor in the jurisdiction of your residence) that Sponsor and its designees may use your name, city, state, likeness, photo, biographical and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including television, radio, mobile media and the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to engage in any of the foregoing uses.

Subject to applicable privacy laws, all entry information collected may be used for the Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor’s products/ promotions (you may opt out by following the instructions at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from Sponsor) but will not be provided or sold to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or legal procedure. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Sponsor and its agents, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind outside those written in these Official Rules, (b) disclaim any implied warranty and condition; and (c) are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from acceptance and use of a prize. Winner assumes liability for costs, expenses, injuries and/or damages of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. By entering, all entrants (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian if any entrant is deemed a minor in the state, province or country of his/her residence) agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and its agents, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as Instagram, from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, third-party intellectual party claims arising out of or relating to any entry and/or from the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize.

GENERAL
Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, failures in servers, hardware or software transmission, errors, omissions, interruptions, communication failures or human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and/or any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries and their entrants will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries; or for any errors, misprints or typographical mistakes in any advertising of the Sweepstakes or prize notification. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
