SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on May 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on May 31, 2023 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Only open to persons with a valid mailing address, E-mail address, and a valid account with the online Wella Professional Store, found at us.wella.professionalstore.com" (“The Wella Professional Store”) who are within the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (“Entrants”). This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence shall require parental consent to participate. Employees/Educators of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, partners, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individual or entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes, including immediate family members, are not eligible. Immediate family includes parents, children, siblings, and spouses.

How to Enter: You may enter by accumulating points through purchases made on The Wella Professional Store, by submitting unique product reviews on The Wella Professional Store, or by mailing entry information directly to Sponsor (Mail-in Entries together with Purchase or Review Entries are collectively, "Entries"). Every 100 points earned during the Sweepstakes Period by either submitting product reviews or making purchases is equal to one (1) entry. No combination of purchases or reviews will be eligible for entry or considered as an entry. Limit of fifteen (15) Entries per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of Entry. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not increase your chance of winning. All entry requirements subject to Complete Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A Winner will be selected at random by Sponsor from all eligible Entries after the Sweepstakes Period closes. All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding. Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within in a reasonable time after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Any Potential Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, as provided by Sponsor, within two (2) days of attempted delivery or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's sole discretion. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within the time period specified in the prize notification, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, or if a Declaration is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is determined to be ineligible for any reason or has not complied with these Complete Official Rules such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries, time permitting. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if a potential winner has not complied with these Complete Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.

An Entrant is not deemed a Winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified, all required documents returned and executed, and the entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Odds of winning a prize will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Winner will be announced on or about June 9, 2023.

If a potential prize winner is unable to meet the aforementioned requirements, he/she/they must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any winner or potential winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize prizes as described herein.

Prizes are not transferable or substitutable and must be accepted as awarded. In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall provide a substitute prize in its sole discretion. No cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any entries that are late or not received. Sponsor may in its sole discretion suspend, modify or discontinue this Sweepstakes at any time. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration, notice will be posted. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number of each type stated in the “Prize” section above. If legitimately claimed, all stated prizes will be awarded.

All incomplete or non-conforming entries and their entrants will be disqualified. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: : The parties (“Entrant and Sponsor”) waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, City of Los Angeles.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
