I cannot create an account on the app, how should I proceed?
Please go to wella.professionalstore.com, select your country, and create an account online first. You must have a Wellastore account to use the mobile application.
How do I access & download invoices?
This is currently not available in the mobile app – please log into Wellastore online where you will be able to access and download your invoices for past orders.
How do I find contact details for Wella?
From the ‘home’ tab in the app, at the bottom of the page there is a link to the ‘contact us’ page with details.
Where do I find FAQs for Wella?
From the ‘home’ tab in the app, at the bottom of the page there is a link to the ‘FAQs’ page with details.
Is live chat available in the app?
Yes for the countries that have this enabled for Wellastore, please go to ‘more’ in the bottom right hand corner and then ‘live chat’.
Can I add to favorites?
Yes, there is a heart icon on the PDP next to the ‘add to cart’ where you can add to favorites. The favorites are the same as the website favorites, so anything you add from the app will be reflected in the website, and vice versa.
How do I report any issues with the app to the Wellastore team?
Please use the same contact you have for the Wellastore website, and this will be cascaded to the correct team member.
