New WELLA Rewards Customers
As a new Wella Rewards customer, simply register now at WELLAREWARDS.COM and start earning points on your Wella Company purchases. It's that easy! Please include your Wella or Distributor Account Number(s) when registering. Allow up to 7 days for the Wella Rewards Team to review and approve your request. You will be notified via email when your Wella Rewards account is active.
Tiers and Points
Wella Rewards points are earned based on bi-annual purchase requirements tied to trade terms. Points are awarded on the 28th of each month, for the previous month purchases. Redemption Point Value: 80 points per dollar (Education), and 110 points per dollar for all other rewards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for Wella Rewards? Wella Rewards is open to all customers who purchase Wella Products, either direct at WELLASTORE.com or through one of our Wella Company distributors. This includes salons, independent stylists and schools.
How will current members be set up on the NEW platform? Current members will be automatically enrolled in the NEW Wella Rewards platform. Account details and point balance will carry over to your NEW account. Login with your email address and create a NEW password to get started.
What Wella Company brands can I purchase to earn Wella Rewards points? Earn points when purchases are made from Briogeo, ghd, Clairol Professional, OPI, Nioxin, Wella Professionals, Sebastian Professional and Colorcharm. (Please note: Colorcharm, Briogeo, ghd, Clairol and OPI are excluded from Canada Wella Rewards.)
How often will my tier level change? Tier levels will be evaluated on a bi-annual basis: July and January. If Wella Rewards purchases meet the dollar threshold of the next membership level, you will begin earning points for the new level in July and/or January.
How often are my points updated? Wella Rewards points are updated monthly, on the 28th of the following month. If the 28th falls on a weekend, points will be updated on the prior working day.
Do Wella Rewards points expire? All Wella Rewards points will expire every twelve months. Any points earned between January and December 2023 will expire March 31, 2024. Points earned between January and December, 2024 will expire March 31, 2025. Points not used before the expiration date will be lost.
