What developers do I use with BlondorPlex 9

BlondorPlex 9 is designed to be used with Welloxon Perfect Crème Developers 1.9% 4% 6% 9% or 12% depending on the level of lightening required in a 1:1.5 or 1:2 mixing ratio.

How do I mix it?

BlondorPlex 9 s mixed 1:1.5 up to 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect Crème Developers 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. The development time is still up to 50 minutes

Can I use a toner after Blondorplex 9?

Yes, you can use Shinefinity, Color Touch, BlondorPlex Creme Toners, Illumina Color, Koleston Perfect, Color Fresh, or Color Fresh Masks to tone the hair to the desired shade. Please follow the toning guidelines, development time, and mixing recommendations for the brand you intend to use.
