USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. After a lightening service, shampoo. 2. Using Using an applicator bottle for speed, apply BlondorPlex Cream Toner to damp hair from roots to ends. Comb through. For express toning: Mix BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toner with Welloxon Perfect 1.9% Pastel Developer in a 1:2 ratio. Develop for 5 minutes. For express toning and base breaking: Mix BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toner with Welloxon Perfect 3% (10 Vol) Developer in a 1:2 ratio. Develop for 5 minutes. 3. Rinse and lightly shampoo with ColorMotion+ shampoo and Express Post-Color.
