USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1 - Perform a strand test before using. Off-scalp application: Mix 1 packette of WELLA COLORCHARM Extra Strength Powder Lightener with 1.5 oz - 2 oz of 20 or 40 volume WELLA COLORCHARM Cream Developer. On-scalp application: Mix 1 packette of WELLA COLORCHARM Extra Strength Powder Lightener with 2 oz of 20 volume WELLA COLORCHARM Cream Developer. Apply evenly to unwashed hair. Processing time, up to 50 minutes, checking hair every 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse and shampoo then apply WELLA COLORCHARM Post Color & Lightening Treatment as directed. Packette must be completely empty before disposal.
