What do you love about the pro beauty industry?
I love everything about the pro beauty industry, but especially the diversity and the fact that there are so many different opportunities within one industry.
What is the most meaningful part of your role as a female artist in beauty?
Being part of such a diverse group of amazing women. I’m most inspired by different women around me, both professionally and personally. Seeing other women win, even with all the obstacles in our way, is my biggest motivation in life.
What is your favorite Wella, Nioxin, OPI, Clairol, Color Charm, Kadus or Sebastian product and why?
Blondor – it’s always consistent, which is most important to me with products I’m using on my clients.
Do you have any advice for female stylists trying to grow their career?
Be yourself, set goals for yourself and actually plan how you’re going to make them happen, and do things even if you’re scared. Most importantly, invest in classes to continually expand your knowledge! Education is key in this business. That education is going to create confidence and that will build trust between you and your clients!
