Before/After with Blondor Toners

I love the new permanent liquid toners from Blondor because they are super easy to apply and the tonality in each bottle are the most beautiful shades of blonde. Whether your client wants a soft buttery blonde to an icy ice queen, you have that wide range with just 5 tonalities and that brass kicker is no joke!!! It will counter act any residual warmth remaining.I also love you can have two different applications from one bottle, either a root bump or glaze depending on what developer you use (game changer)! Just make sure when applying as a toner the hair is SUPER towel dried for best saturation!

- Base Formula: Koleston Perfect ME+ 10/86 + Welloxon Perfect Crème Developer – 20 Volume for 40 minutes
- Full Head Highlight: Fine weave baby light with Blondor + Welloxon Perfect Crème Developer – 20 Volume
- Tone with Blondor Permanent Liquid Toners /01 and /18 with double Welloxon Perfect Crème Developer – Pastel for 10 minutes
