Alicia is known for her detailed approach and knowledge of color theory and suitability. Her 10+ year career has led her to some of the most prestigious programs and events in the industry. She has been recognized for her work as a Sassoon Top Colorist, working in both San Francisco and Washington D.C., as well as working several seasons of New York Fashion Week. Alicia specializes in color formulation with an emphasis on luxury dimension. As a passionate and articulate hairdresser, Alicia works to educate and elevate the craft of other salon professionals, while simultaneously educating fellow hairdressers to embrace and celebrate working with all hair patterns, textures, and backgrounds - including the Spanish-speaking community in the United States. Alicia enjoys helping others elevate their craft and expand their service ticket, while keeping client integrity and care at the forefront.

HOW do you like to use it? I like to spray EIMI Glam Mist over the hair as a glimmering veil once I have completed my style as a final kiss of shine to finish.
WHAT is your favorite Wella Company HAIRCOLOR product (overall line, family or specific shade)? My favorite haircolor line within the Wella Company portfolio is Wella Professionals Shinefinity AND Illumina Color.
WHY is it your favorite? The soft and iridescent finish, with the beautiful hair feel is unmatched in the industry. I love the soft and effortless shine from Wella Professionals Shinefinity and the velvety refined and luxurious finish from Illumina Color. I am obsessed.
HOW do you like to use it? Wella Professionals Illumina Color is my go-to for foiling with color, whether highlighting or lowlighting. I like to use Shinefinity to finish every service for the perfect veil of color and shine.
