Step by Step
- Begin with a Root Shadow applied globally using Color Touch 4/0 + Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% in a 2:1 ratio
- Add alternating Lowlights equal parts Color Touch 5/71 + 5/97 + Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% in a 2:1 ratio
- Section the hair into 2 front panels and 1 back panel
- Alternate horizontal weaves and slices in a bricklay pattern in the back from the nape to the apex using foils to keep your work clean
- Alternate diagonal back weaves and slices in the front panels using foils to keep your work clean
- Process 20 mins
- Rinse and cleanse with Oil Reflections Luminous Reveal Shampoo for smooth, shiny hair, then treat with CM+ Post-Color Express Post-Color Treatment to lock in color.
- Towel dry and apply 1-2 pumps of Oil Reflections Luminous Smoothing Oil
- Rough dry to 75%, finish as desired. Since Jaime’s client had facing framing and long layers, a round brush blow out was show off the rich tones throughout the hair.
- For more reflective results, you can add a couple extra pumps of Oil Reflections to your hands and glide them through your blowout, focusing on the mid lengths and the ends.
