Formed in response to the escalation in xenophobia resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the center tracks and responds to incidents of hate, violence, harassment, discrimination, and shunning against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
Get civically engaged in your local community and ask your local elected officials what they are doing in response to the racism and bigotry directed at the Asian community.
Founded in 1972, Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Asian Law Caucus is the nation’s first legal and civil rights organization serving the low-income Asian Pacific American communities.
