TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To remain in good standing within the Wellastore Affiliate Program, affiliates must adhere to the following terms:

Active Participation Affiliates are required to share their unique affiliate link or promotional code on a regular basis, with a minimum activity threshold of once every 90 days. Affiliates must also maintain an active online presence related to beauty, hair, nails, or professional education to remain in good standing with the program.

Brand Alignment Affiliates are expected to represent the Wellastore and Wella Company in a positive and professional manner at all times. Only approved brand assets, logos, and messaging provided by Wellastore may be used in any promotional activities.

Compliance All promotional activity must comply with applicable advertising laws, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and affiliate marketing standards. Affiliates must not engage in misleading, offensive, or unethical promotion practices.

Content Guidelines Affiliates should refrain from using competitor links or content that misrepresents Wellastore products or services. Product claims, pricing, and promotional details must not be modified or misrepresented.

Confidentiality & Conduct Any confidential information shared through the program must be respected and protected. Affiliates are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct in all public and private interactions.

Failure to meet these terms may result in removal from the program or suspension of affiliate privileges.
