What do you love about the salon industry? Coming from a background in Dental Health Sales I can tell you that the Pro Beauty Industry is the place to be! It is packed full of inspiration, creativity, and passion which creates an environment that is difficult not to enjoy! The Pro Beauty industry also never stops moving – constant innovation which means never a dull moment!. And lastly of course, the people! Everyone from the hairdressers to my Coty/Alta coworkers and leadership team, everyone is so connected to growing and putting their best foot forward each day!

What is the most meaningful part of your role? Building relationships & process improvement. I really enjoy networking and getting to know people throughout the organization so I can offer out ideas for process improvement or ways I might be able to support whatever part of the business they represent. Whether it is with Direct Sales Reps, BSG reps, Education Reps, Inside Sales Reps, Marketing Team, etc. etc. – I really enjoy partnership to help others succeed and grow their business.

What is a fun fact about you? I started with P&G Crest & Oral B 10 years ago and then crossed over to Pro Beauty 9 years ago when it was still owned by P&G.

What is your favorite Wella, Nioxin, OPI, ghd, Clairol, Color Charm, Kadus or Sebastian Product and why? Sebman The Hero Reworkable Gel – the smell is amazing, a little goes a long way with a nice hold and Nioxin hairsprays – they provide great shine & I love the smell
