What is the most meaningful part of your role as an Asian American Pacific Islander artist in beauty?
To help promote and showcase the amazing skill and artistry of AAPI artists. I love being able to show not only my skills as an artist but my influences and style that I incorporate from the AAPI culture and people.

Do you have any advice for AAPI nail artists trying to grow their career?
Don’t worry about whose art is better or whose work is cleaner. Those skills come with time and practice. Concentrate on yourself and always strive to make this work better than your last work. Constantly improve yourself and push yourself to do better every time even if it’s something as simple as a cleaner line or blend. Just keep practicing and keep improving. Before you know it, you will be right alongside the top artists you look up to and you may influence them to try new things and improve themselves.
