What do you love about the pro beauty industry?
I love the expression, color and creativity that surrounds it. It truly is art, and as an artist myself it’s a super fun place to work. Also, being behind products that boost peoples self-confidence and expression is a plus!
What is the most meaningful part of your role?
Working on WellaStore we have this platform that allows us to help our fellow stylists through ProStories, Sweepstakes and Resource pages for important causes that are happening in our day-to-day lives. We’ve been able to provide Rent Relief and PPE during Covid Lockdowns, Resources for Human trafficking, BLM, Stop AAPI Hate, Voting and more. Our Sweepstakes and ProStories have been so great, it’s incredibly heartwarming and fulfilling when we get feedback from customers showing how grateful and excited they are to receive our gifts.
What is fun fact about you?
I’m actually a gear head. I love Monster Trucks, Hot Rods and Motorcycles. I once had my own 67’ Firebird that I restored with my brother.
What is your favorite Wella, Nioxin, OPI, ghd, Clairol, Color Charm, Kadus or Sebastian Product and why?
There are so many but my one favorite hair product that is a constant reorder is, INVIGO Vibrant Color Conditioner for Normal Hair. It smells great, helps protect my color and I feel truly conditions my hair. I use it on my daughter too which helps with detangling her hair and makes combing much easier. For nail my favorite shade is, Suzi – The First Lady of Nails.
