What do you love about the professional beauty industry?
Working in the beauty industry exposes you to different people from all walks of life. You never know who you’ll be meeting next so you never get bored. There are no boundaries to your creativity, and you get to touch other people’s lives.
What is the most meaningful part of your role?
My team is the most meaningful part of my role.
I am a math and chess lover. That doesn’t mean I am a chess expert, doesn’t hold any titles not even any rating worth talking about and at no age to ever aspire one. I love chess because every move you make matters, and it has a clear result. I leverage chess lessons that I have learned in my life to design, create, and empower my team. Chess teaches you:
• Create opportunities if you don’t have one. Don’t wait.
• Always look at big picture.
• It is okay to take risk and feel threatened.
• You own your decision.
• Don’t be afraid to lose.
• You are stronger together.
What is a fun fact about you?
I’m a huge fan of soul, blues, and jazz. It’s way better than any of the pop music out there.
What is your favorite product and why?
