USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Color Touch Plus hair color with Color Touch Emulsion 4% in a 1:2 ratio and develop for up to 20 minutes. To neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize color, we recommend Wella Professionals Color Post Treatment.
