Step 1. Take diagonal slices close to the front hair line, space them out, moving to weave as you move towards the back of the head. Around the front hairline, paint on the lightener, feather down to the root. Rinse, treat with WellaPlex No. 2 Bond Stabilizer.
Step 2. Glaze the back area and a section of the lightened frame, with the seafoam blue mixture. On dry hair apply pink formula to roots and throughout ends.
Step 3. Apply flash glaze formula.
