Use 6/0 with Color Touch Developer Emulsion 13 Volume (4%) to achieve intense 70% grey coverage on unruly greys and regrowth. Apply 9/97 with Color Touch Developer Emulsion 6 Volume (1.9%) around the face to create light and achieve soft grey coverage.
