MIXING + PROCESSING
Mix Wella Professionals Illumina Color in a 1:1 mixing ratio, one part Illumina Color with one part Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer. Select from Welloxon Perfect Developer Pastel 1.9% (6 volume), 3% (10 volume), 6% (20 volume), 9% 30 volume or 12% (40 volume) based upon desired end result.
Full-Head Application: Apply Illumina Color from roots to ends, on dry hair.
Regrowth Application: Apply to root area. (Approximately, the first 1/2 inch).
Develop Illumina Color for 30-40 minutes, or 15-25 minutes with a Climazon.
