Playing with contrasting tones to create pops of color in any tonal palette. Contrasting colors can be of different tonalities, like warm /cool or different depth like light and dark. The stronger the contrast colors, the finer the sections should be.
What Types of Light Can You Create Shadowlights?
Micro Lights
Dimensions would be subtle: best suited for finer hair textures. or when using contrasting colors
Fine Weave
The multi-tasker, adapt the weave for the texture of hair.
Slice
A perfect choice for textured hair or hair with higher density. Use less contrasting shades to get the right definition.

10g 10/8 + 10g Welloxon 1.9% + 10g Color Post Treatment
Section
Step 1: Vary the size of your weaves and micro lights on a diagonal angle for your lights.
Step 2: Every fourth weave will be your accent shade under the recession area.
Development time: 40 Mins
Step 3: Once developed, rinsed, and removed, use selective glossing focusing only on the lighter areas. It will further enhance the dimensions of your accent shade.
Top Tip: Tease the sections which are pre-lightend to ensure a soft transition to the natural color
