2. Strand test, every single time.

3. Find the natural level

Always confirm the client’s natural level is what you are seeing.

4. Whisk it, when you mix it

Victoria uses a whisk to mix in every drop of the developer into the color or lightener.

After all, she’s OCD about using a scale.

5. Check it before you rinse it!
