What do you love about the pro beauty industry?
I was born in it! I love the people, the community, and the unique camaraderie that exist in our industry driven by passion and love for the craft.
What is the most meaningful part of your role?
The most important part of my role is my team and empowering them to shine and grow! The most rewarding part of my role is when we are able to create education programs that provide opportunities to pros to elevate their career to the next level. There is nothing better than seeing the light bulb going on in someone’s eyes and enabling dreams to come true!
What is fun fact about you?
I am a big fan of 70’s and 80’s rock / hard rock and I picked up playing drums in high school.
