What do you love about the pro beauty industry?
I love the opportunity to work with, and support the growth of, small businesses, and help them provide the best services for their clients.
What is the most meaningful part of your role?
Ensuring our customers are delighted, not just in our products, but in our service. It’s important to me that my customers realize they’re not just buying color from a company, and that they feel they can rely on me to take care of their needs.
What is fun fact about you?
I absolutely love cycling, and am lucky to live in one of the best regions in the US to do it!
What is your favorite Wella, Nioxin, OPI, ghd, Clairol, Color Charm, Kadus or Sebastian Product and why?
As someone with curly hair that’s a little bit longer, I feel like I can’t go wrong with Potion 9. It’s not too heavy, has amazing conditioning properties, and doesn’t leave a heavy build-up that I have to work to shampoo out.
