What do you love about the pro beauty industry?
The people and the passion! The Beauty Industry is always reinventing itself so it always feels new and exciting. That coupled with working with the greatest group of talented individuals, to make the magic happen.
What is the most meaningful part of your role?
Collaboration. I often say it takes a village. Although it may appear seamless, the stars must align between, Educators, Distributors, Salons & Stores to fully delight our end users and deliver a best in class product that deserves to be put into the hands of a hairdresser. There have been countless hours of creativity, courage and commitment involved in the process. At the heart of each Wella employee is always the Hairdresser that drives our every decision.
As a stylist myself, that passion and respect for the craft makes me proud to say I am an employee of the Wella Company!
What is fun fact about you?
This year I celebrate 35 years of service and it feels like I just started! WOW
