What is the difference between SHINEFINITY Glaze and other Glossing Services?
SHINEFINITY Glaze is a zero lift zero damage service making it ideal when you want to preserve the natural hair and the highs and lows. ZERO Ammonia, ZERO
Silicones, ZERO Alcohols.
Glossing is a temporary fast shine service. Glazing will penetrate slightly deeper, and last longer while still giving a demi permanent result. Glossing may provide more coverage and often looks less natural. Glossing is done with Color Touch or Koleston Perfect
Pure Glossing is great for a quick shine boost, as an add-on to any service when minimal tonal change is needed. Pure Glossing requires more products as it is done with Koleston Perfect and Service.
Are the tones & technology the same as Color Touch and Koleston Perfect?
No, the translucent finish and the zero lift of SHINEFINITY will create a different tonal character. Because of SHINEFINITY’S beige color base, the tonal quality has unique characteristics different from other color brands in the Wella Professionals portfolio.
Can I use SHINEFINITY for Gray Hair?
Yes, it can be used for subtle gray blending on the first signs of gray. The result is natural and reflective. For best results, use on max 30% gray hair.
2. DON’T ‘SELL’
If you’re genuinely recommending services or products that are beneficial to your clients, then it won’t come across as a sales pitch. You don’t need to put a sales hat on, just speak about the products in a way that feels natural to you and your clients.
Solve your clients’ problems. One of the best ways to upsell is with a problem solving approach. Often your client has a problem they’re looking to solve and you can help by providing them with a solution. Here’s how to use this approach:

3. BUILD A RELATIONSHIP 
The most important aspect of this approach is to build rapport with your clients so they’re happy to open up and talk about their needs or problems. Then you’ll be in the best position to help solve them by providing services or products that address their concerns.
