USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Measure 1.5 parts Absolute Acrylic Powder or Powder Perfection Dip Powder for optimal strength and flexibility.
2. Add 1 part Liquid Perfection to create the ideal polymer bond.
3. Saturate brush, tap in powder 2-3 times, and watch for even texture.
