USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Always mix Color Touch hair color with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a 1:2 ratio and develop for up to 20 minutes. To neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize color, we recommend Wella Professionals Color Post Treatment.
